Alignment code for linetype generation

Even an old AutoCAD function can have a surprising hidden (and undocumented) functionality.

Did you know that there are so many localized versions of AutoCAD?
E.g. AutoCAD 2006 is available in 14 languages - Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Traditional Chinese.
