Secret AutoCAD command for CPU affinity

Interesting - the DUMPMEMALLOC command can set CPU affinity for AutoCAD 2008. I have only a dualcore system to try it on but it seems to really work. The Task manager graph goes from parallel performance load to the left core (#0) load only.
